Margarita Especial
This recipe makes a tangy and very tasty margarita.
Alcohol volumes can be adjusted to taste, but the final volume should
be approximately 1 gallon (or 4 liters). Mix well and chill prior
to pouring into the margarita machine to reduce freezing times.
Every gallon of final mix makes approximately 16 8-ounce drinks.
1 12oz can of frozen Lemonade concentrate
1 12oz can of frozen Limeade concentrate
2¼ cups (18 oz) of tequila
1 1/8 cup (9 oz) of triple sec
Balance of volume to 1 gallon ( or 4 liters) with water
Standard Margarita
First batch can be made right in the margarita machine. Future batches
should be pre-mixed and chilled to shorten re-freeze times. Each batch makes
1½ gallons of final mix.
1 bottle (½ gallon) of Margarita mix
2½ cups (20 oz.) of tequila (use mix bottle)
½ cup (4 oz.) of triple sec (use mix bottle)
Fill to volume (½ gallon) with water and add to machine
Fill bottle with water again and add to machine
Raspberry, Strawberry, or Banana Margarita
First batch can be made right in the margarita machine. Future batches
should be pre-mixed and chilled to shorten re-freeze times.
Each batch makes 1½ gallons of final mix.
1 bottle (½ gallon) of Raspberry, Strawberry or Banana mix
2½ cups (20 oz.) of tequila (use mix bottle)
½ cup (4 oz.) of triple sec (use mix bottle)
Fill to volume (½ gallon) with water and add to machine
Fill bottle with water again and add to machine
Raspberry, Strawberry, or Banana (or other flavor) Daiquiris
First batch can be made right in the margarita machine. Future batches
should be pre-mixed and chilled to shorten re-freeze times.
Each batch makes 1½ gallons of final mix.
1 bottle (½ gallon) of Raspberry, Strawberry or Banana (or other flavor) mix
2½ cups (20 oz.) of rum (use mix bottle)
Fill to volume (½ gallon) with water and add to machine
